Grenoble, a historic city bordered by the Isère River and surrounded by mountains, has always maintained a close relationship with water. Canals, rivers, and sanitation networks shape the urban landscape and the daily life of its residents.

In Saint-Martin-d’Hères, a neighboring municipality of Grenoble, water was infiltrating a stormwater collector due to the pressure of the groundwater table. For the Grenoble Metropolitan Authority, this situation required a rapid intervention to preserve the integrity of the network and ensure uninterrupted public service for local residents.

IMPLEMENTATION

To fill the water ingress, a pure paste of PROMPT natural cement mortar was applied from the highest point to the lowest, ensuring a strong and durable repair.
